Beautiful Textures Review

I've finally gotten around to testing out my Beautiful Textures products!

If you remember from this post here, there were beautiful natural haired fashionistas in attendance for the introduction of these products!

My results I loved! My hair was very soft and manageable after using the Deep Conditioner. I have been using in my hair as a daily leave in as well though, because my hair just gets so dry!!! Ughh! I think it's because my hair wants some coconut oil. For some reason when I seal with coconut oil my hair loves it.

Anywho here is a video of the results I got from the product ladies!!!

Try this product out, it's definitely worth the price of no more than $7.00!

Check out my video tutorial on this eye look! I tried uploading it to YouTube, but it's too long :(. I'll do better on the time next time around, or get into a video editing software that lets me fast forward. Either way, let me know if you like this look!!!!

Love my Music

I thought I'd share a video by one of my favorite artist today. Jill Scott ALWAYS does it for me. Her newest CD is no exception. I love these two songs. The message in "Hear my call" is so powerful to me. I know that this is a fashion/style/beauty blog, but sometimes I wanna share other pieces of me, ;).

I fall short, I'm human. I cry. I yearn. I laugh and smile. I'm mean. I'm emotional. I'm not busy enough. I'm too busy. And lately I've realized I've become too "busy" for God. Now where Jill is talking about love and hurt and pain she is reaching out to God to hear her call for healing. That's why this song speaks to me because I need to remember when I am down and I call on God's name it shouldn't be the only time. I've reached the place where I had a close relationship with God and he was becoming my best friend but I've lost that. But you can always get it back. This song is inspirational to me in that way. And the video is emotionally beautiful itself.
