The last of Jamaica

Our last day in Jamaica was very relaxing. It rained a lot but it didn't keep us from stuffing our faces with food and drink! We did a little bit of snorkling and kayaking. I had a near death experience with a jellyfish. Saw one while snorkling and got the hell outta dodge. Confused my husband because I was waiting at the shore 2 minutes before he got there, lol.

This Dany shoe is probably the best goes with everything shoe I own. I wore them to a nightclub in Jamaica and was able to dance and still look cute. I think I need another pair in brown soon...

 

Our last night at dinner we ate Italian. The food was good but the dessert was better.

The cafeteria had some amazing foods. And they had different things everyday. I haven't weighed myself since I've been back, lol!

This was some of most delish cheesecake ever! Really it was the little crust shell it came in that was sinful.

It pour heavy rain for about 2 hours, but made for the perfect nap. You know how tired you are after you get out of the ocean, especially after strenuous swimming trying to get away from a jellyfish. So with my belly full, and a nice little strawberry daiquiri buzz, I woke up to this beautiful rainbow. It was so distinct and peaceful.

Can't wait for next years trip!!!!

After we finally got our luggage, smh, I got dressed in this flowy number to try and beat the Jamaican heat. It did work for a while, but then I had to tie all this weave back. Can you tell I'm sweaty in the picture??? Lol!

I thought this would be a nice picture of the locals. She looked so peaceful. I did have to pay her two dollars though. I asked could I take her photo and her response was "Wha chu gon gi mi." Ha!!!

I just noticed this guy is posing for the picture, oh my gosh! I bought some bracelets from the ladies with shops around here. They weren't cheap like I thought I'd find...but two funky, good quality (and heavy) bracelets for $35.00 I guess I won't complain too much! After all how could I go to Jamaica and not come back with something hot! "Ooooo where'd you get your bracelet" ...."Oh I got them in Jamaica, ;)!"

We saw a ton of kids walking home from school in their uniforms...

I murdered this casserole!!!

That night we had dinner at the Jamaican restaurant at the resort!

Jamaica I

The trip to Jamaica was long! Next time I have to do a non-stop flight. Glad I dress comfortably in my Maxi dress from Target and a thrifted grandpa cardi. I was so stinkin tired, but still managed to smile, cause I was finally in Jamaica trickies!!!!

The nighttime view from my room was amazing! I got some excellant sleep that night, although I was a tad worried about our lost luggage. Yes that's right. Our lost luggage! When we arrived to the resort the driver neglected to get our bag off the bottom of the bus. We had no idea where the bag could've been by then. But it only had all my clothes, shoes, and makeup in it!!! Oh and hubbies shoes too. But yes we got our bag the next afternoon....whew!

We ended up on the 10th floor overlooking a big part of the resort.

Oh well, we're up so let the drinking begin!!!!!!
